Aaron and Carrie Strauss Friedman
File contains two (2) photographs, one of Aaron Friedman, and one of Carrie Strauss Friedman, both taken in 1938. Both have a small amount of biographical information written on the back. File also contains the deed of gift from Ralph Silversmith, donating the pictures to the University of Denver Libraries.

Abe Winograd is sitting with others on a lawn in Israel. He is sitting at the left in a group of five people. Abraham Winograd was born in Poland in 1885, coming to the United States in 1909, and moving to Greeley, Colorado in 1916. He was a junk dealer, peddler, and founder of Winograd Poultry. He aslo was a founder of Beth Israel Congregation in Greeley.

Adolph Kiesler wearing a suit coat and bow tie sits at a desk with pen in hand. Handwritten note across the front of the photo reads, ''From father and grandfather Adolph Kiesler Eternal love.'' Kiesler was one of Colorado's philanthropists, especially within the Jewish community.
